<a href="http://greatmastications.blogspot.com/2008/01/tumeric-and-pineapple-natures-natural.html" rel="nofollow">Pineapple with turmeric is also good</a> ;)

Great blog....I'm wading through older ms-cured posts and found your link....I think we are the only two MS bloggers pursuing 'treatment' without meds....do you know of any others?

Great insights about inflammation and their role in disease. Two additions:

1) NPR did a great series on this, at
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/takeonestep/heart/video-ch_09_vid.html?tos=vid&filetype=wmv&bandwidth=_hi

2) Phytonutrients in the "Mangosteen" fruit have been found to have the same COX-2 inhibition properties of aspirin, Tylenol, and Aleve -- see http://www.sharemangosteen.com/infoblizzard/cox1-cox2_anti-inflammatory.doc and www.JohnnyMangosteen.com !
